Circular Economy Lead - EU Network

ENGINEERINGUK is committed to reducing waste and promoting sustainability. We're seeking a talented Circular Economy Lead to join our team and drive improvement in our EU operations. This role requires strong collaboration with local FCs, Operations, and field compliance teams, as well as central teams and external stakeholders.

The ideal candidate should have experience testing and accelerating the roll-out of waste reduction initiatives. They should be comfortable working with data, problem-solving, and driving project success in a technical environment. The successful candidate will have excellent project management skills, motivation, agility, and good judgment. They will also have a willingness to continually improve their knowledge about Amazon's business, its platform, and relevant technologies.

  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive Circular Economy Program focusing on Inventory Disposition and Waste for Amazon's FCs.
  2. Conduct analysis, design, costing, and project scoping of inventory disposition projects.
  3. Evaluate new technology and processes to improve inventory disposition.
  4. Pilot and deploy large-scale projects across Amazon's EU network.
  5. Analyze and communicate the financial impact of projects and initiatives.
  6. Manage multiple, complex projects simultaneously.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in program or project management.
  • Proficiency in Excel, MS Access, and SQL.

Salary for this role is estimated at £65,000 - £90,000 per year, depending on experience.
