About the Job: Management Degree Apprentice

Are you an ambitious and driven individual looking for a challenging role where you can develop your leadership skills and contribute to the success of Amazon's UK operations? We have an exciting opportunity for a Management Degree Apprentice to join our team on a Fixed-Term Contract (FTC) basis.

This three-year program combines hands-on experience in a supervisory role with the completion of a Chartered Management Degree from Manchester Metropolitan University. You will be responsible for leading a small team of up to 20 associates on your shift, managing daily production KPIs/goals, and contributing to the development of subject matter expertise on all operations processes in assigned departments.

We require applicants who have the right to work in the UK, are residents of the UK for the entire duration of the program (36 months), and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Previous experience in a supervisory role is highly desirable, but not essential. Our ideal candidate will be flexible, adaptable, and proactive, with a passion for customer service and a willingness to learn and develop their skills.

Salary Range: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum.
