Deputy Nursery Manager Job Description

Link3 Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Deputy Nursery Manager to join our team in London (SE22).

We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate individual who is committed to providing exceptional childcare and education for children aged 0 to 5 years.

This Deputy Nursery Manager role is a permanent, full-time position (4 days a week) with immediate start.

We require a qualified and experienced Deputy Nursery Manager who will drive innovation and excellence in our nursery setting. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Leading and managing a team of nursery staff to deliver high-quality childcare and education.
  2. Developing and implementing effective strategies to improve nursery standards and attainment.

To be successful in this Deputy Nursery Manager position, you will need:

  1. A minimum NVQ Level 3 in Early Years, Childcare, or a related field.
  2. At least 3 months of experience working as a Deputy Nursery Manager or in a nursery setting.
