About the Role

We are seeking a talented Retail Designer to join our team. As a Retail Designer, you will be responsible for creating engaging content for different audiences to promote our charity retail business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop creative design solutions to meet the strategic and business needs of the Retail department.
  • Create print and digital assets for use in store and online.
  • Bring the organization's mission to life in a relevant and compelling way for retail customers and donors.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the Retail Team to produce outstanding design and artwork.
  • Provide design advice and art working support for our bought-in-goods range and e-commerce activity.
Requirements
  • Relevant qualification or experience in a graphic design role.
  • Experience of providing creative solutions to brief, understanding different audience needs and applying this knowledge to develop ideas from concept stage through to execution.
  • Great layout skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Significant experience working with Macs, Adobe CC, and Microsoft Office.
  • Working knowledge of marketing channels.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
