We are seeking a talented Retail Designer to join our team. As a Retail Designer, you will be responsible for creating engaging content for different audiences to promote our charity retail business.
Key Responsibilities- Develop creative design solutions to meet the strategic and business needs of the Retail department.
- Create print and digital assets for use in store and online.
- Bring the organization's mission to life in a relevant and compelling way for retail customers and donors.
- Collaborate with colleagues across the Retail Team to produce outstanding design and artwork.
- Provide design advice and art working support for our bought-in-goods range and e-commerce activity.
- Relevant qualification or experience in a graphic design role.
- Experience of providing creative solutions to brief, understanding different audience needs and applying this knowledge to develop ideas from concept stage through to execution.
- Great layout skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Significant experience working with Macs, Adobe CC, and Microsoft Office.
- Working knowledge of marketing channels.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
