HSEQ Policy Implementation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Health and Safety Performance Manager to join our team at the McCulloch Group. This is a challenging role that requires a strong understanding of HSE matters, legislation, and industry standards.
Responsibilities:- Manage and develop our HSEQ policies and procedures, ensuring they are aligned with our business objectives and industry best practices
- Liaise with Business Unit Heads and Support functions to ensure effective HSEQ systems are in place
- Monitor and report on HSEQ performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
- Lead the development and implementation of training programs for HSEQ roles across the organisation
We offer a salary range of $95,000 - $120,000 per annum, plus benefits, and a dynamic work environment that fosters innovation and growth.
