Partnership Development Specialist Vacancy

We are looking for a talented Partnership Development Specialist to join our team at Doncaster City Council. As a Partnership Development Specialist, you will play a key role in developing and delivering training programs, supporting multi-agency policy development, and building relationships with communities and voluntary organizations.

The ideal candidate will have experience in training delivery, a strong understanding of safeguarding and partnership working, and excellent communication and networking skills. Key responsibilities include reviewing and communicating policies, commissioning training programs, and developing a resource bank for the partnership.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dedicated team supporting the Doncaster Safeguarding Adults Board and its partners. The salary for this position is estimated to be around £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and communicate multi-agency policies and procedures with key partners and stakeholders.
  • Commission and design training programs in line with new legislation and emerging areas for improvement.
  • Support the development of a resource bank for the partnership, providing practice experts for specialist areas.

Requirements:

  • Experience in developing and delivering training in a social care environment.
  • Understanding of safeguarding and partnership working.
  • Skills to support multi-agency policy development and excellent communication and networking skills.
