Key Responsibilities:
  1. Administer and update individual member records, handling all aspects of customer claims work in an efficient and effective manner.
  2. Provide an efficient administration and claims service to individual scheme members and intermediaries, including manual calculations for defined benefit pension schemes.
  3. Draft and issue clear and concise communication to both members and 3rd party intermediaries regarding defined benefit pension scheme benefits.
  4. Responsible for the checking of and authorising the payment of defined benefits claims, ensuring that the correct benefit calculations are accurate and settled.

Requirements:
