Farrer Barnes Limited is seeking a highly skilled HR Administrator to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR Manager in the delivery of a comprehensive HR service across the school.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage HR administration processes, including employee records and confidential information
  • Collaborate with school leadership to ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures
  • Support recruitment activities, including job spec production, advertising, and interview scheduling
  • Process DBS applications for new staff and manage payroll details

The ideal candidate will have proven HR experience gained within a school environment, with some CIPD studies. They will be able to work effectively in a team, maintain confidentiality, and demonstrate excellent communication skills.
