Occupational Health Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Health Specialist to support our pharmaceutical client in Northumberland. This role is a 6-month contract, working site-based and inside IR35.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with SHE, manufacturing, engineering, occupational health, and HR teams to identify and manage workplace health hazards.
- Conduct measurements for chemical agents, noise, and radiation to ensure a safe working environment.
- Plan and organize surveys, develop sampling strategies, and interpret results to inform control measures.
Requirements:
- OHS qualifications and experience in the pharmaceutical industry are essential.
- CMIOSH or BOSH certifications are highly desirable.
Estimated Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum.
