Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Maths Teacher to join our team of dedicated professionals. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering maths lessons to pupils with SEN, developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs), and collaborating with colleagues to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach maths lessons to pupils with SEN, adapting to meet individual needs.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement IEPs.
  • Foster a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment.
  • Implement behaviour management strategies to promote positive pupil behaviour.
  • Monitor and assess pupil progress, providing regular feedback to pupils and parents.

Requirements:

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and/or Qualified Teacher Learning and Skills (QTLS)
  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to teaching maths and SEN
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
