We are seeking an exceptional Sales Manager to join our team at Stratstone Tunbridge Wells.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with outstanding communication and influencing skills, who has a proven track record of success in a similar role.

The ideal candidate will have sales management experience, along with the ability to develop sales individuals in a customer-focused environment.

As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers receive an exceptional level of customer service, promoting loyalty, retention, and satisfaction of the brand and dealership.

You will also be expected to develop sales and marketing plans and budgets to achieve agreed financial, marketing, and sales objectives.

In this role, you will provide coaching and training to sales people to improve their job performance, with particular emphasis on customer satisfaction, prospecting, and customer follow-up.

The salary range for this position is £40,000 - £45,000 + bonus, depending on your qualifications and experience.

Benefits include 33 days holiday (including bank holidays), birthday off, great pension, generous commission schemes, reward savings, and much more.
