About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Lawyer to join our team at ACHUMAN CAPITAL as a Professional Support Lawyer - Corporate Innovation Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity to work with our Corporate teams across the UK, driving innovation and process improvement to enhance the quality of our client's Corporate services.

Main Responsibilities
  • Collaboration and Communication

Work closely with our legal teams to understand and address both lawyer and client needs effectively, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes open communication and knowledge sharing.

Process Mapping and Improvement

Conduct thorough process and workflow mapping to identify areas for potential improvement through innovation, ensuring that our Corporate teams are equipped with the most efficient and effective processes.

Legal Innovation Strategy

Develop and execute the legal innovation strategy for our Corporate Division, driving business growth and enhancing our client's experience.

Project Management

Manage and oversee the design and development of legal innovation projects, ensuring timely delivery and effective implementation.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting

Monitor and report on the performance, impact, and return on investment of legal innovation initiatives, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement and quality assurance.

Business Critical Projects

Drive firm-wide, business-critical projects, including continuous improvement and projects at the cutting edge of legal technology advancement, ensuring that our Corporate teams are equipped with the latest tools and expertise.

Stakeholder Engagement

Collaborate closely with our Partner for Client Tech and Service Improvement, participating in relevant committees to foster cohesion across legal functions and establishing and maintaining effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Technical Project Assistance

Provide ad hoc technical project assistance to business managers and advise on and assist with the use of legal technology, ensuring that our Corporate teams are equipped with the necessary skills and expertise.

Presentation and Communication

Present at internal and external events to promote our Corporate offerings, showcasing our expertise and thought leadership in the industry.

Essential Criteria
  • Qualifications

Qualified Solicitor or Barrister in NI and/or England & Wales.

Experience

Experience in a Corporate or Banking transactional environment.

Skills and Knowledge

Interest in emerging legal trends and changing legislation, excellent attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
