We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Lawyer to join our team at ACHUMAN CAPITAL, where you will play a key role in driving business growth and innovation.

The Role:

As a Corporate Lawyer, you will be responsible for identifying, designing, and implementing solutions to improve the quality of our Corporate teams across all of our UK offices.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with our legal teams to understand and address both lawyer and client needs effectively;
  • Conduct process and work-flow mapping to identify areas for potential improvement through innovation;
  • Develop and execute the legal innovation strategy for our Corporate Division;
  • Manage and oversee the design & development of legal innovation projects;
  • Monitor and report on the performance, impact, and return on investment of legal innovation initiatives and ensure continuous improvement and quality assurance;
  • Drive firm-wide, business critical projects including by way of continuous improvement and projects at the cutting edge of legal technology advancement;
  • Collaborate closely with our Partner for Client Tech and Service Improvement, participating in relevant committees to foster cohesion across legal functions and establishing and maintaining effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders;
  • Provide ad hoc technical project assistance to business managers and advise upon and assist with the use of legal technology;
  • Present at internal and external events to promote our Corporate offerings.

Essential Criteria:

  • Qualified Solicitor or Barrister in NI and/or England & Wales;
  • Experience in a Corporate or Banking transactional environment;
  • Interest in emerging legal trends and changing legislation;
  • Excellent attention to detail;
  • Excellent communication skills.
