About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Lawyer to join our team at ACHUMAN CAPITAL, where you will play a key role in driving business improvement and innovation across our Corporate Division.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Legal Teams: Work closely with our Corporate legal teams to understand and address both lawyer and client needs effectively, ensuring seamless delivery of high-quality services.
  • Process Improvement: Conduct thorough process and workflow mapping to identify areas for potential improvement through innovation, driving efficiency and productivity.
  • Legal Innovation Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive legal innovation strategy for the Corporate Division, staying ahead of emerging trends and changing legislation.
  • Project Management: Manage and oversee the design and development of legal innovation projects, ensuring timely delivery and effective implementation.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and report on the performance, impact, and return on investment of legal innovation initiatives, driving continuous improvement and quality assurance.
  • Business Critical Projects: Drive firm-wide, business-critical projects, including continuous improvement and projects at the cutting edge of legal technology advancement.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate closely with the Partner for Client Tech and Service Improvement, participating in relevant committees to foster cohesion across legal functions and establishing effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Technical Assistance: Provide ad hoc technical project assistance to business managers and advise on the use of legal technology, ensuring seamless integration.
  • Thought Leadership: Present at internal and external events to promote our Corporate offerings, showcasing expertise and thought leadership.

Essential Criteria:

  • Qualified Solicitor or Barrister in NI and/or England & Wales.
  • Experience in a Corporate or Banking transactional environment.
  • Interest in emerging legal trends and changing legislation.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills.
