- Prepare inaugural board minutes and supporting documents, maintaining accurate records.
- Monitor and ensure timely annual statutory filings, staying up-to-date with regulatory changes.
- Maintain statutory records and data management systems, ensuring data integrity and security.
- Handle mailbox management and proactive email follow-ups, providing exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
- At least 12 months' experience in an administrative role within Company Secretarial, legal, or compliance.
- Genuine interest in company secretarial law and practice, with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements.
- Professional demeanor and proactive team support, with excellent communication skills.
Work Arrangements:
Following the initial 3 months, this Company Secretarial Administration Assistant role would benefit from a hybrid working policy set-up of 3 days per week in the office, 2 days from home, promoting work-life balance and flexibility.
