Job Title: Office Administrator Assistant

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator Assistant to join our Accounts Department at Liberty Resolve Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our accounts processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reconcile credit card statements and chase hotels for copies of invoices
  • Ensure internal paperwork is received from travel consultants and chase hotels for payments
  • Keep ledgers up to date with queries and amendments
  • Speak with hotels regarding outstanding commission and raise invoices for commission owed
  • Keep the department's filing up to date and answer calls for the department

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to liaise with people at all levels
  • Basic administrative skills
