We are currently seeking a highly skilled Port Crane Operations Manager to join our team at Human Engineering Ltd.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of our fleet of port cranes, ensuring they are safely and efficiently operating at all times.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on port cranes.
  • Managing a team of technicians to ensure that all maintenance and repair work is completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our port crane operations.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of service activities.

Requirements:

  1. A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably within the port crane industry.
  2. Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team of technicians.
  3. Strong knowledge of crane systems, including mechanical, electrical, or hydraulic components.
  4. Industry certifications or tickets related to crane maintenance and operation (e.g., CPCS, NPORS, IPAF).
  5. A valid driver's license and willingness to travel to customer sites as required.
