Job Opportunity: Senior Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Representative to join our Slitting department at United Steel Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strong relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Managing Director in identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Source new business through proactive calls, emails, and other sales initiatives.
  • Utilize excellent negotiating skills to secure new contracts and maintain existing customer relationships.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our customers' needs, preferences, and pain points to provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure seamless sales efforts and customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze market trends, sales data, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to drive growth.
  • Provide regular sales reports and updates to the Managing Director and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the steel industry.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new situations and challenges.

Pay: £30,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
