Job Summary: Telehealth LPN Specialist

The Rural Health Group, Inc. is seeking a skilled Telehealth LPN Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare staff, you will be responsible for providing timely and appropriate care to patients, ensuring prompt identification of high-risk conditions.

The ideal candidate will have minimum five years of experience as a nurse in outpatient, community, or critical care settings. Phone triage experience is preferred, but not required. You will be working closely with our medical team to anticipate clinical needs and resolve issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Triage patients over the phone, assessing their history and chief complaint, and determining the best course of action.
  • Coordinate care with patients, providing follow-up and communication as needed.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Provide primary nursing to assigned clinics, but may be required to staff at other RHG clinics as needed.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a nurse in outpatient, community, or critical care settings.
  • Preferred 1-2 years of telephone triage experience.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary Range: $65,000 - $80,000 per year.
