Telehealth LPN Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Rural Health Professional to join our team at the Rural Health Group, Inc. As a Clinical Triage Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our healthcare staff.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in nursing, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in outpatient, community, or critical care settings. Phone triage experience is an asset, but not required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Triage patients over the phone, assessing their history and chief complaint, and determining the best course of action.
• Coordinate care with patients, providing follow-up and communication as needed.
• Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
• Provide primary nursing to assigned clinics, but may be required to staff at other RHG clinics as needed.
