Job Title: Field Service Engineer

Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a highly skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their instruments are running at optimal levels, and providing technical support to resolve any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality service to customers, resulting in high customer satisfaction
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on instruments, ensuring they are functioning correctly
  • Provide technical support to customers, resolving issues and answering questions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest instrument technologies and advancements
Requirements:
  • Background in Electronics, Chemistry, Physics, or Engineering
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience servicing analytical equipment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Valid UK driving license and willingness to travel
