About the Role

As a Field Service Engineer at Dräger, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our medical and safety technology products. Your primary responsibility will be to provide technical support and maintenance services to our customers, ensuring that their equipment is functioning optimally and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform scheduled maintenance visits and corrective repairs as directed.
  • Perform warranty repairs as directed.
  • Perform installation and commissioning activities as directed.
  • Perform technical corrective actions as directed.
  • Provide feedback on quality situations and issues from the field to the Service Management Team.
  • Collaborate with Regional Service Managers, Team Leaders, and Senior Engineers to improve service performance and delivery of required projects and services.
Requirements
  • Education: Ideally degree qualified in a related subject such as electronics, electrical, or computing studies with 3-5 years' experience.
  • Experience: Proven experience over a wide range of capital equipment and systems, ideally with experience of medical-related devices and background.
  • Skills: Ability to deliver high-level customer care, develop long-standing customer relationships, and resolve complex issues.
  • Special Competencies: CCNSG certification, VRCT scheme registration, and relevant IT experience.
