Administrative Coordinator

Overview

Tate Recruitment is supporting a well-established criminal defence law firm in their search for an experienced Administrative Coordinator to oversee the daily administration of the firm.

Responsibilities
  • Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring that stock levels are maintained.
  • Facilitate effective communication between departments and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare reports and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of administration experience (preferably within a legal or criminal defence setting).
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
