We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Coordinator to join our team at Mears. As a key member of our Medway contract team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and supporting our social value activities.

Key responsibilities will include managing customer feedback and insight, using business systems to log and process information, and acting as contract champion to coordinate social value activities. You will also be responsible for representing the customer at contract SMT meetings and attending client core group meetings.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a recognized customer or business qualification, be educated to A level standard or above, and have current experience working in a customer-led role. You will also need to be IT literate, have excellent communication skills, and be able to build relationships and manage complex situations.
