Job Summary

We are seeking a full-time Customer Success Coordinator to support our Medway contract. The role involves delivering exceptional customer service and engaging in social value activities in the community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer feedback and insights to drive business growth and improvement
  • Coordinate social value initiatives to enhance community relationships and reputation
  • Represent the customer at meetings and stakeholder engagements

Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a similar industry
  • Proficiency in IT systems and tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-focused mindset and ability to build strong relationships
  • Valid UK driving license required
