Job Summary
We are seeking a full-time Customer Success Coordinator to support our Medway contract. The role involves delivering exceptional customer service and engaging in social value activities in the community.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer feedback and insights to drive business growth and improvement
- Coordinate social value initiatives to enhance community relationships and reputation
- Represent the customer at meetings and stakeholder engagements
- Support local business development opportunities to expand our services
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a similar industry
- Proficiency in IT systems and tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused mindset and ability to build strong relationships
- Valid UK driving license required
