Assessfy is a pioneering initiative dedicated to transforming learning outcomes through the power of AI. Our mission is to revolutionize education by providing personalized feedback and actionable insights, enabling learners to develop higher cognitive abilities and advanced learning skills.

Role Overview

We are seeking a driven Co-Founder to spearhead the establishment of Assessfy in the UK and Europe. As a key member of our team, you will be instrumental in driving revenue growth, meeting sales objectives, overseeing profit and loss, and cultivating investor relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the launch of Assessfy AI across the UK, cultivating partnerships with key stakeholders in Higher Education, Corporate sectors, and Government sectors.
  • Develop and implement B2B sales strategies to achieve revenue goals and manage profit and loss throughout the UK and European region.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, devising strategies to enter untapped markets.
  • Collaborate with the team to devise and execute impactful marketing and sales initiatives.
  • Utilize data insights to drive product development, enhance features, and make strategic decisions that cater to the diverse needs of our customer base.
  • Foster and maintain relationships with investors, presenting a compelling vision and business case to secure funding and support for Assessfy's growth and expansion efforts.
Requirements
  • Experience in sectors such as technology, HR tech, HR, L&D, Education, including Higher Education (teaching, administration, Career Development), and EdTech.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to cultivate and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Visionary leadership, adaptability, resilience, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Domain knowledge in education, learning and development, recruitment, and workforce development.
