Hireable is a pioneering SaaS start-up dedicated to revolutionizing career support through cutting-edge AI-driven technology. We're seeking a visionary Co-Founder & Chief AI Architect to join our board and shape the future of our product.

Role Overview:

As the lead R&D expert, you'll spearhead the development of advanced AI models, including NLP, computer vision, and humanoid AI avatars. This role demands innovation, driving the trajectory of our technology and directly impacting how millions navigate their careers. You'll be at the forefront of creating solutions that optimize existing technologies and pioneer new approaches to career support.

Compensation Package:

This role commences with a 3-month equity-only contract. We anticipate introducing a £40k salary by the end of 2024, contingent upon reaching our £250k fundraising milestone. With additional grant funding arriving in January, your salary will rise to £80k, and eventually to £160k once we achieve £50k in monthly recurring revenue.

Qualifications and Requirements:

The ideal candidate holds a PhD or Master's degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, AI, mathematics, etc.) and boasts deep expertise in multi-modal AI and machine learning. You should be prepared to start with equity and possess the financial flexibility to support yourself through 2024.
