Jobit seeks a seasoned Children's Home Manager to oversee daily operations and staff supervision in a reputable residential care setting.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience working with children and young people, preferably those with emotional or behavioral difficulties. A strong background in managerial roles within residential care is also required.

We offer:

  • A salary range of £40,000 - £50,000
  • Fully funded NVQ Level 5 diploma for eligible candidates
  • Pension contributions, death in service program, annual leave, and ongoing training opportunities
  • Enhanced DBS check coverage and length of service bonus

Applicants should hold a Level 3 or 4 Diploma in Residential Childcare or a degree in Social Work, with progress towards the Level 5 Diploma in Leadership in Management in Residential Childcare.
