Job Description:

You will be responsible for representing Barchester and our care home in a professional and welcoming manner. This includes engaging with potential new residents, providing informative tours of the facilities, and developing strong relationships with residents and relatives.

Responsibilities:
  • Sales and marketing activities, including lead generation and relationship-building.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring high levels of resident satisfaction.
  • Working closely with the management team to achieve targets and drive business growth.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a care setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with residents, relatives, and colleagues.
  • A full UK driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
