**Job Opportunity:**

We are seeking a Residential Electrical Care professional to join our Direct Repairs department as an essential member of the Voids team.

This role involves providing a comprehensive, efficient and responsive property service delivery with occasional Out of Hours work. You will be based across Reading & Bracknell, working within our dedicated Voids team, and provided with a company van for work purposes.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide high-quality responsive maintenance service to residents, internal colleagues and partners
  • Support operatives in managing repairs effectively from issue to completion and final quality assurance

**Requirements:**

  • A proven track record of working as an Electrician, where customer satisfaction is at the heart of service delivery (at least 2 years experience ideally)
  • Possession of trade qualifications: City and Guilds 18th Edition Certificate, Qualified to Part 1 & 2 City and Guilds for electrical installation, and City and Guilds 2391 testing and inspection (desirable)
  • A valid UK driving licence is essential
