Business Development Executive Spanish Speaker

About the Role:
We're seeking a talented Business Development Representative to join our growing team and contribute to our innovative platform that helps large enterprises protect their most valuable asset—data.
As a BDR, you'll play a key role in building sales pipeline and helping drive business growth. Working closely with Account Executives (AEs), your main responsibility will be to generate qualified leads and discovery meetings with enterprise-level prospects. You'll be part of a dynamic sales team, collaborating on account research, qualification, and targeted outreach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate and build relationships with potential customers through various channels.
- Collaborate with AEs to execute an Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategy.
- Conduct research to identify key decision makers and champions at target accounts.
- Personalize outreach, qualify prospects, and set up discovery meetings.
- Work with cross-functional teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
- Utilize cutting-edge sales tools to streamline your workflow.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience as a BDR/SDR in the technology sector.
- Proven ability to prospect into enterprise accounts using a multi-channel approach.
- Strong time management, communication, and organizational skills.
- Experience with a range of sales tools, including Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish.
