Job OverviewWe seek an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Real Estate Project Management Team in Cambridge. As a key member of a dynamic and diverse team, you'll work across sectors on a variety of projects. Senior Project Managers handle commissions of varying scale, value, and complexity, from local initiatives to global projects.
You will:
- Lead the delivery of complex real estate projects, ensuring client objectives are met and projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
- Act as the primary client interface, ensuring client objectives are met and projects are delivered on time and within budget while meeting quality standards.
- Advise at a strategic level during project conception, providing insights on approaches to successfully achieve client objectives.
- Establish project success criteria, including time, cost, technical, and performance parameters.
- Plan and manage ongoing quality, safety, health, and environment issues.
- Establish effective project governance, processes, and systems throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop a comprehensive project plan, ensuring production of detailed project plans.
- Monitor and apply performance management techniques, using KPIs to improve project performance.
- Oversee project finances.
- Ensure production of formal project progress reports.
- Identify opportunities to enhance project management products and services.
To excel in this role, you should have:
- A degree in a relevant construction, real estate, or project management discipline.
- 5 years of experience managing real estate projects, preferably in a consultancy environment.
- Willingness to travel within the UK and internationally as required.
The estimated annual salary for this position is £65,000 - £90,000 depending on experience, with additional benefits and perks.
