We're looking for an exceptional Infrastructure Project Lead to join our team in Peterborough & Cambridge. As a key member of our Infrastructure team, you'll have the opportunity to drive industry-leading practices and contribute to the development of innovative solutions.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and developing a high-performing construction team to deliver exceptional results.
  • Ensuring seamless coordination and communication between project stakeholders, including suppliers, contractors, engineers, safety specialists, and clients.
  • Collaborating with senior leaders, project managers, designers, and key stakeholders to deliver value-driven solutions that meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Identifying and implementing new technologies and processes to reduce carbon footprint, enhance biodiversity, and address climate change.
  • Overseeing the appointment and management of specialist contractors, ensuring their work aligns with quality, time, cost, and safety requirements.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • NVQ Level 4 or above in a relevant field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage diverse audiences.
  • A solid understanding of engineering principles.
  • Proficiency in digital tools and technologies.
  • Formal training in Health & Safety and Environmental management (SMSTS minimum).
