Als Teamleiter im DACH Advertisers Account Management Team sind Sie für den Erfolg der Werbetreibenden im großen Maßstab verantwortlich. Dieses lösungsorientierte, kommerzielle Team akquiriert neue Kunden und treibt kontinuierlich die Expansion bestehender Kunden in mehreren Branchen voran.

Hauptaufgaben
  • Erreichen und übertreffen der vierteljährlichen Umsatz- und Neugeschäftsziele des Teams.
  • Unterstützung der Teammitglieder bei der Identifizierung und Erschließung von Upsell-Möglichkeiten sowie effektivem Pipeline-Management.
  • Einstellen, einarbeiten und kontinuierliches Coaching eines Teams von Account Managern, die jeweils 50 Konten betreuen.
  • Dienen als Eskalationspunkt zur Lösung von Problemen, die eine interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit erfordern, zeitnah.
  • Alle zwei Wochen Überprüfung des DACH-Geschäftsbuchs mit Schwerpunkt auf lukrativen Möglichkeiten und Hindernissen.
  • Leitung interdisziplinärer Initiativen zur Steigerung der Produktivität des Teams und zur operativen Exzellenz. Dies umfasst die enge Zusammenarbeit mit Vertrieb, Vertriebsoperationen, BI und Marketingpartnern.
Anforderungen
  • Professioneller oder muttersprachlicher deutscher Sprecher mit außergewöhnlichen Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten in Englisch.
  • Mindestens 4 Jahre Erfahrung im Umgang mit Kunden mit einer nachgewiesenen Erfolgsbilanz im kommerziellen Bereich.
  • Starke qualitative Problemlösungsfähigkeiten und Kenntnisse in Berichterstattungstools wie Tableau, Looker und Qlikview.
  • Nachgewiesene Erfolgsbilanz bei der erfolgreichen Beeinflussung von Kollegen und interdisziplinären (XFN) Partnern.
  • Nachgewiesene Orientierung an operativen Exzellenz mit bemerkenswerten Leistungen und Auswirkungen im großen Maßstab.
Zusätzliche Fähigkeiten und Erfahrungen
  • Formale Personalführungsrolle (Gehaltsplanung, Einstellung, Leistungsüberprüfung).
  • Praktische Erfahrung mit Kampagnenmanagement oder Mediaplanung (Budgets über $ in einem der folgenden Kanäle: Google Ads, Facebook, Snap, Criteo, Taboola oder Outbrain).
  • Praktische Erfahrung mit einer der folgenden Messplattformen: Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Visual IQ, Tealium, AppsFlyer, Adjust.
  • Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Werbeagenturen und einem starken Netzwerk in der DACH-Region.
