Council Housing Services Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Council Housing Services Coordinator. This role involves coordinating the delivery of housing services, including maintenance, repairs, and renovations.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the delivery of maintenance, repairs, and renovations to council-owned properties, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
- Manage relationships with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure effective service delivery.
- Develop and maintain accurate records and reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with other teams to identify and address housing needs and prioritize tasks effectively.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in property maintenance, management, or related field.
- Strong understanding of health and safety protocols and ability to identify and analyze defects.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Ability to work effectively with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders.
The estimated salary for this position is £45,000 - £55,000 per annum.
