Protocol Education Ltd is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join their team in supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in Leeds and Wakefield schools.

The ideal candidate will have relevant qualifications and a valid enhanced DBS check. They must be passionate about working with young people and committed to safeguarding and promoting their welfare.

This role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience working with students aged 4-16 who face various challenges, including Autism, ADHD, Dyslexia, Speech and Communication difficulties, and Behavioral, Emotional, and Social issues.

As a Support Worker, you will receive comprehensive training and support from experienced professionals. You will work closely with teachers and other support staff to develop strategies that cater to the diverse needs of students.

  • Full-time, term-time position with regular working hours.
  • Ongoing professional development courses and career support.
  • A competitive salary, estimated at around £18,000-£22,000 per annum, depending on experience.
