SEND Teaching Assistant Role

Responsibilities: Provide one-to-one and small group support to students with diverse learning needs; assist in the development and implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs); work closely with teachers to ensure students receive the best possible education.
Requirements: Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant, preferably in a special needs setting; a genuine passion for supporting students with special educational needs; a relevant qualification in education or child care is desirable but not essential.
