Financial Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Specialist to join our team at GO2 People Group Ltd. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting budgets, management accounts, and forecasts to senior management and the board.
Your duties will include:
- Ensuring accurate monthly reconciliations
- Setting up and managing financial processes and contracts
- Leading ad-hoc projects and identifying process improvements
- Supporting the preparation of statutory accounts
- Assisting the Finance Business Partner with team leadership
- Managing inter-company accounts and reporting
- Inputting financial data for benchmarking
- Collaborating on financial reporting to support the Business Plan
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- AAT fully qualified or equivalent qualification
- Experience of preparing and presenting annual budgets to Managers, Executives and Board Members for a Group Company
- Experience of preparing and presenting Management Accounts to Managers, Executives and Board Members for a Group Company including inter-company accounts
- Experience of monthly reconciliations to ensure accurate management accounts
- Experience of setting up processes, procedures and contracts
- Experience of supporting statutory accounts
- The ability to write reports for financial and non-financial audiences
- Extensive IT experience
