Teaching Assistant Leader

We are seeking a Primary School Learning Facilitator to join our team of Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTAs), supporting primary schools across Selby and surrounding areas.
About the Opportunity- Deliver high-quality support to pupils and teachers on a supply basis, contributing to lesson planning, delivery, and pupil assessment.
- Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement individualized learning plans for students with special educational needs, promoting positive behavior and attitudes among pupils.
The successful candidate will possess a relevant qualification, such as NVQ Level 3 or equivalent, and experience working in a primary school setting, preferably as an HLTA.
