Job Summary

We're seeking a Retail Customer Service Manager to join our team. As a key member of our shop team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining high shop standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service, resolving issues and complaints in a professional and empathetic manner.
  • Sales and Revenue: Take bets on a wide range of sports and events, process customer transactions, and promote our products and services.
  • Shop Operations: Maintain high shop standards, including cleanliness, organization, and security.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with the shop team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Development: Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Age: 18 years or older.
  • Passion for Customer Service: A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Self-Motivation: Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to deal with challenging situations in a calm and professional manner.

Working Patterns

Our shops are open from Monday to Sunday, 8am-10pm, with a blend of long opening shifts, long closing shifts, and shorter evening shifts. As a key holder, you'll be responsible for opening and closing the shop.

Please note that you must be 18 years or older to work in one of our betting shops.
