Job Title: Mandarin / English Part-time Support Officer – Manchester

Contract Type: Casual

Working Hours: Up to 20 hours per week

Location: Manchester (on-site)

Salary: £11.44 per hour

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Mandarin / English Part-time Support Officer in Manchester. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to our sales team and promoting international education.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment of international students and contribute to achieving recruitment targets.
  • Provide exceptional after-sales consultation and customer service to students and parents.
  • Process student applications, including helping students fill in application forms, forwarding them to universities, tracking progress, and updating student files.
  • Liaise with universities and students to track applications, arrange interviews, and address general or specific enquiries.
  • Support the recruitment of international students and contribute to achieving recruitment targets.
  • Participate in company training and deliver information sessions at regular company meetings and university information sessions.
  • Maintain effective communication with colleagues and keep the centre manager informed of application statuses or problems.

Requirements:

  • Hold a university degree in any discipline.
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin.
  • Possess excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Be responsible, mature, organised, and honest.
  • Be a committed team player with the ability to work individually with minimum supervision.
  • Meet targets and deadlines and work well under pressure.
  • Demonstrate initiative to develop and improve services.
  • Have permission to work in the UK by the start of employment.
