**Job Title**: Mandarin / English People Assistant / Advisor - Manchester

**Contract Type**: Full-time Permanent

**Working Hours**: Monday to Friday (9:00-17:30)

**Location**: Manchester

**Salary**: £25,000 - £30,000 depending on experience

**Overall Purpose of the Job**:
We are looking for a committed professional with a passion for HR to contribute to the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems in performance management, recruitment, training & development, compliance administration, etc,

**The key tasks include but are not limited to**:

- Execution and continuous improvement of the performance appraisals system; provide training and advise for line managers and employees to ensure the smooth running of the appraisal system;
- Provide assistance and insights in designing and implementing training and development schemes in line with the company’s strategy;
- Share responsibility in work visa sponsors’ related duties such as RTW checks, generating CoS, record keeping standard for work visa holders, reporting duties, etc in line with UKVI requirements;
- Share responsibility on any HR policy updates and developments as and when needed;
- Support with People related administration;
- Undertake new projects or tasks which will be allocated/designated in line with company strategy;
- Continuously develop professional knowledge and skills by keeping up to date with external trends and best practice in HRM.

**Required Knowledge and Experience**:

- Must have a degree in HRM;
- Experience of working in an HR commercial based environment with stakeholder management experience in relation to human resource task and duties;
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin.

- Excellent verbal and written skills in English and Mandarin;
