We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Pub Service Staff member to join our team at The Village Pub, a charming English country pub located in Cirencester, Gloucestershire. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
- Take orders, serve food and beverages, and manage tables efficiently to ensure a smooth dining experience.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure timely food delivery and high-quality presentation.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.

- A competitive hourly rate of £13.10 - £13.70 (inclusive of tronc & DOE).
