Our Team

We're a close-knit team, dedicated to providing exceptional hospitality. As a Sous Chef, you'll play a vital role in leading our kitchen team, ensuring seamless operations, and maintaining high standards. You'll work closely with our Head Chef to oversee menu planning, inventory management, and staff development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate the kitchen team to achieve exceptional results
  • Assist with menu planning, food costing, and inventory management
  • Develop and implement kitchen procedures to ensure efficiency and quality
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef to achieve business objectives
  • Recruit, train, and develop kitchen staff to enhance their skills and capabilities

Requirements

We're seeking an experienced Sous Chef with a passion for leading and developing a kitchen team. You'll need:

  • Previous experience as a Junior Sous or Sous Chef in a similar establishment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain high standards
  • Knowledge of kitchen operations, menu planning, and inventory management
