Job Summary

We're looking for a talented Sous Chef to support our Head Chef in overseeing the kitchen operations. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for managing staff, maintaining supplier relationships, and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a small, dynamic kitchen team
  • Oversee kitchen operations, including food preparation, presentation, and service
  • Manage staff rotas, training, and development
  • Maintain excellent relationships with suppliers and vendors
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Requirements
  • Experience as a Junior Sous or Sous Chef in a similar establishment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a calm demeanor
