Job Summary

We're looking for a talented Sous Chef to support our Head Chef in overseeing the kitchen operations. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for managing staff, maintaining supplier relationships, and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate the kitchen team to achieve exceptional results
  • Manage staff rotas, training, and development programs
  • Oversee kitchen operations, including food costs, inventory, and health and safety
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef to develop menus and improve kitchen efficiency
Requirements

We're looking for a Junior Sous or Sous Chef with experience in a similar establishment. You'll need to be a natural leader, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to maintaining high standards are essential.
