Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Facilities Operations Manager to join our team at Orion Electrotech. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of hygiene and food safety across our site.

Your primary responsibility will be to manage and improve our hygiene and facilities operations, including overseeing a team of cleaners responsible for deep cleans of mixing machines and office spaces. You will also be responsible for maintaining and documenting all hygiene activities, ensuring compliance with industry standards.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with our production and engineering teams to ensure that cleaning systems are fit for purpose and meet BRC requirements, customer codes of practice, and specific certifications like Organic, RSPO, and HALAL.

You will lead external audits and implement corrective actions to maintain our site's high standards of cleanliness and sanitation. We offer a competitive salary of £45-50k p.a., 15% pension contribution, and flexible work arrangements.
