Luxury Beauty Ambassador - Heathrow Airport

ROLE SUMMARY:

The Luxury Beauty Ambassador will report to the Sales & Education Executive, whilst working closely with the Regional Education Manager to ensure consistency in service and drive productivity and sales in Heathrow Airport.

This role will be key in driving sales and developing our advisors through in-store coaching strategies, while working with the Sales & Education Executive to identify key areas for focus and development.

The Luxury Beauty Ambassador will lead by example executing the Estee Lauder brand visions and strategy.

Key Responsibilities and Tasks

  • Sales Performance:

To coach teams in-store to achieve retail sales targets set by the Company through the Sales & Education Executive.

Coach Estee Lauder advisors where necessary and highlight training opportunities to the Sales & Education Executive.

Host on-counter education workshops to drive the sell-through of new launches/limited life collections/product priorities.

  • Productivity:

Achieve all KPIs as outlined by the brand.

Support and coach advisors to ensure that they have the skills required to successfully achieve brand KPIs, such as AUS/IPT and cross-category selling techniques.

  • Luxury Service Performance:

Lead by example through delivering exceptional luxury service levels at all times.

Drive luxury service standards through coaching/feedback.

  • Events:

Plan and execute in-store events, aligned to the brand strategy, product priorities.

Provide coaching and feedback to specialists ensuring the event.

Track and report sales performance inline with the event to the Sales and Education Executive/Airport Co-ordinator.

  • Advisor Support:

Work alongside the counter manager to identify and address training opportunities in their team.

Create & maintain an in-store education plan per advisor.

Ensure consistency in the luxury experience accreditation programme.

  • Education Support:

Coach, motivate, and evaluate team performance based on productivity.

Conduct strategic follow-up of all classroom education to ensure successful roll-out of training initiatives, including ELX & TRU content, to bolster and in-grain product knowledge.

Assist, as required, with the facilitation of core education programmes.

Identify locally relevant education opportunities to develop talent and capability with our advisors through regular monitoring, feedback, and reporting.

Conduct training for agency usage, to support with promotions, events during launches and/or high-traffic moments.

  • Image:

TO maintain personal grooming to the standards as set by Tom Ford Beauty.

Maintain the brand image at the counter by assisting with cleaning and merchandising counters, tester stands, and displays.

Qualifications

Whilst a qualification in training and coaching techniques within beauty is preferred, we welcome applicants with amateur-level experience who can demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise within a retail environment.

All applicants must be able to demonstrate the ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service, conduct Estee Lauder 'Travel Beautiful' services which include skincare consultations and make-up application.

Coach Estee Lauder advisors and highlight training needs where appropriate to develop individual skillset.

Host on-counter education workshops to drive retail.

Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced work environment.

Previous experience with Excel & Power Point preferred.

Estimated Salary: £38,000 - £50,000 per annum
