Job Description:The overall aim of the service is to reduce bed stays and re-admissions by providing expert advice on alcohol dependence treatment.
- Train healthcare professionals in identifying and responding to alcohol issues.
- Provide guidance on patient care and detoxification where alcohol dependence is a co-morbidity.
- Contribute to the identification and support of patients admitted due to alcohol misuse.
