Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Sales Professional to join our team as a Technical Sales Manager in the Process Industry market. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a world-leading company in the cable and pipe seals sector, driving growth and success in the UK.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Your expertise in civil construction, electrical, controls, automation, and mechanical systems will be invaluable in this position.

In addition to your technical knowledge, you will also need to have a strong understanding of Ex standards and experience in providing technical support and application surveying.

Responsibilities
  1. Engage with UK DNO companies and process industry projects to build brand awareness and secure specifications.
  2. Develop new business opportunities and maintain existing relationships.
  3. Present the company's solutions to key decision-makers through technical presentations, site visits, and training.
  4. Drive sustainable growth through targeted sales plans and world-class project support.
  5. Use CRM for customer management and provide market insights.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of around £45,000, a company vehicle, and a bonus scheme of 20%-40% based on personal and company performance.

In addition, we provide development opportunities and double pay on your third year anniversary month.
